PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a modified silicone resin-based transparent resin composition low in cost and having good adhesiveness. SOLUTION: The transparent resin composition comprises a polyoxyalkylene polymer having a crosslinkable and hydrolyzable silyl group, a hydrolyzable silane having an amino group as an organic group, and at least one of styrene resin or xylene resin.
