DEVICE FOR MANAGING ELEVATOR IN EVACUATION

Service zones each including floors and elevators for serving the floors included in each service zone are provided in a building. Each service zone is provided such that at least some floors are different from each other. Upon occurrence of fire in the building, persons left in the building are transported to a common evacuation floor by each elevator controlled by a device for managing elevators in evacuation. The management device has a rescue floor setting section for setting a predetermined service floor as a rescue floor and also has an evacuation operation command section for controlling each elevator to make it perform evacuation operation such that the elevator car is reciprocated between each rescue floor and the evacuation floor based on information from the rescue floor setting section.
