An RFID device is provided to implement RFID tags of a double bands within a size of the RFID tag in a low frequency band by arranging doubly the RFID tags used in different frequency bands. An RFID device(100) includes the first RFID tag(101), the second RFID tag(102), the first support(114) and the second support(124). The first RFID tag, operated in a high frequency band, includes the first IC chip(110) and the first antenna(111). The second RFID tag, operated in an ultra high frequency band and positioned at an inner side of the first RFID tag area, includes the second IC chip(120) and the second antenna(125). The first and the second antenna maintain distances(d1,d2) separated from patterns, and each pattern can be printed or adhered. The first antenna is implemented on the first support. The second antenna is implemented on the second support made of a film type sticker material and then is adhered to the first support. Even while the first RFID is being used, the second RFID tag can be adhered to an inner side of the first RFID tag and can be used. |
