<p>The method involves locking ends (1a, 1b) of a wounded or twisted metallic wire resistor on geometry of an insulation element forming a connection head. The ends of the metallic wire resistor are connected to connectors (3a, 3b) providing locking and connection functions on the insulation element. The ends of the metallic wire resistor are connected to cylindrical rods (2a, 2b) that are inserted in the insulation element that is made of a ceramic material. Each end (1a) is connected to a flange (7) of the metallic wire resistor by an open coil (4). Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) an insulation element forming a connection head used for manufacturing of heating element (2) a metallic wire resistor comprising ends integrated with a connector to provide locking and connection functions on the insulation elements.</p> |
