An indoor unit for a duct-type air conditioner is provided to change a moving direction of air discharged from a fan assembly by rotatively installing an air current guide element at one side of a fan assembly, thereby improving the convenience of customers. An indoor unit for a duct-type air conditioner comprises as follows. A case(120) forms an outer appearance and contains components inside. A fan assembly(160) sucks and discharges forcibly external air. An air current guide element(200) is installed at one side of the fan assembly for guiding a moving direction of air discharged from the fan assembly. The air current guide selectively rotates on one end. The air current guide has a passage(210) by perforating the inside, wherein both ends of the passage are placed on planes which are at right angles to each other. |
