An oil separator having a PCV valve is provided to reduce oil consumption by installing a PCV valve, which is suitable for each engine, through using plural pressure sensors mounted at an oil separator and the PCV valve. An oil separator having a PCV valve comprises an oil separator(10) and a PCV valve(20). The oil separator includes a cylindrical body(12), an intake pipe(14) and an oil discharge pipe. The PCV valve includes a cover plate(21), a circular pipe(23), an discharge pipe(25), a cover(26), an opening/closing plate(27) and a membrane(28). A first pressure sensor(30) is mounted at the oil discharge pipe of the oil separator. A second pressure sensor(40) is mounted at the discharge pipe of the PCV valve. An ECU(50) receives a signal representing pressure difference of an amount of blow-by gas of the first and second pressure sensors and operates the opening/closing plate by driving the membrane.
