The device has a safety frame (1) fixed above a metallic chassis (2) which maintains an assembly of an embedded electrical mechanism at an interior of an embedded installation location. The frame is fixed to an external plate (4), and has a locking screw (14) located in a prismatic bulge (13) that is disposed on one side of the frame. The screw is activated from the exterior to be moved such that a head (16) of the screw is located at the interior of a circular opening (17) to prevent all the movement of the head and detachment or separation of the head from the frame.
