<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a photosensitive laminate in a good state by suppressing the shift of the relative lamination positions of a plurality of long photosensitive webs in a case that a plurality of the long photosensitive webs are laminated on a substrate in parallel. <P>SOLUTION: The coefficient μ of static friction of a rubber roller 80a of photosensitive webs 22a and 22b to a flexible base film 26 is set to 0.1≤μ≤1.0, one glass substrate 24 is inserted between rubber rollers 80a and 80b, the exposed photosensitive resin layers 28 of two photosensitive webs 22a and 22b are set on the side of the glass substrate 24, and the photosensitive webs 22a and 22b are sent out between the rubber rollers 80a and 80b to laminate the photosensitive resin layers 28 on the glass substrate 24. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
