A five-terminal transistor and a light emitting device having the same are provided to display a uniform image on plural pixels by decreasing a difference in threshold voltages of transistors in a current mirror. A 5-terminal transistor includes an active region, a gate(G), two source regions(S1,S2), and two drain regions(D1). A predetermined device is formed on the active region. The gate is arranged to traverse the active region. The source and drain regions are formed on the active region at both sides of the gate. The source and drain regions share channel regions. The source regions are formed on one side of the gate in the active region. The drain regions are formed on the other side of the gate in the active region. A first source region and a first drain region are formed on one side of the gate in the active region. A second source region and a second drain region are formed on the other side of the gate in the active region.
