PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight mechanism for tightening a firearm onto a frame, effective and regulatable for restoring an assembly clearance, free from interference with a device existing in the gunstock, and easily manufactured and operated. SOLUTION: This mechanism 40 includes a lock and tension means 50 integrally connected swingably to the gunstock 20, and provided with a contact profile 51 controlled by rotation around a hinge pin 41, and an engagement part 54 constituted to cooperate the lock and tension means 50 with a gunstock bolt 16 integrated with a receiver 12, from a nonlocked position of the gunstock bolt 16 up to an engagement position of the tension-increased gunstock bolt 16, and vice versa, while following rotation of the contact profile.
