PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce noise generated from a reactor apparatus or surrounding members thereof. SOLUTION: The reactor includes a reactor B having a core 1 and a core 2, and a case 3 to house the reactor B. A viscoelastic body film 35 composed of viscoelastic material is formed on the interior side 33 of the case 3 and an intermediate plane 32, and the core 1 and the viscoelastic body film 35 contact. The vibration from the reactor B is attenuated by the viscoelastic body film 35 and transmitted to the case 3, thus the noise generated from a reactor apparatus A and members connected thereto is reduced.
