<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cylindrical body welding equipment capable of easily coping with workpieces with different diameters as the equipment for welding the joint of a workpiece bent into an almost cylindrical shape. <P>SOLUTION: The cylindrical body welding equipment is provided with: rolling element blocks 3 where a plurality of rollers 30 freely rollable to the feed direction of a workpiece 5 are arranged in vertical rows; cylindrical casings 1a, 1b where a plurality of the rolling element blocks 3 are arranged on a circumference, and a workpiece insertion path 70 is formed at the inside thereof; and a worm wheel 21 capable of simultaneously moving the respective rolling element blocks 3 to the radius direction. The cylindrical casings 1a, 1b are provided with rectangular holes 14, 15 at which the supporting parts 32 of the rolling element blocks 3 are arranged to the radial direction. The worm wheel 21 stored into the cylindrical casings 1a, 1b are provided with long holes 27 into which the bearings 34 of the supporting parts 32 in the rolling element blocks 3 are inserted, so as to be elongated to the circumferential direction. Thus, when the worm wheel 21 is rolled, the respective rolling element blocks 3 are simultaneously moved to the radial direction, and the inside diameter of the workpiece insertion path 70 can be changed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
