PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein a conventional permanent motor merely rotates and does not have power. SOLUTION: The motor is rotated by using centrifugal force by a pendulum weight, and it can be rotated permanently by "positive" and "negative" of an ore magnet. The positive and the negative terminals can be charged and power energy is used for an electric vehicle, an electric product and home power.
