摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a shaft connecting structure which can eliminate the need for adjusting operation, high-accuracy control rpm, as well as, has high durability. SOLUTION: A body 12 of a motor 10 is fit and inserted into a fixing member 20 and a wave washer 30, and fixed on a motor-attaching member 40. The motor attaching member 40 has a diameter larger than that of the body 12, and forms a motor flange portion extending over the entire radial direction of the body 12. Then, the fixing member 20 is fixed on a base member 70. The wave washer 30 by acquiring a repulsive force for the fixed member 20 fixed on the base member 70, engages with the motor flange portion, to energize the motor attaching member 40 in the direction of a rotary shaft 60. The motor flange portion engages with a second flange 72. Thus, the motor 10 is energized in the direction of the rotary shaft 60. Since the motor flange portion has an outside diameter that is smaller than the inside diameter of the base member 70 and the fixing member 20 has inside diameter larger than the body 12, the motor 10 can operate freely in the radial direction.
