PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a server and operational terminals for a conference system that reduces the burden on a conference sponsor by simplifying the scheduling work required to set a series of conferences. SOLUTION: The conference system has the operational terminal 200 that accesses the conference server 100 and registers the open period and participants for the conference in the system.
