SHEET-FORMING MONOMER COMPOSITION, THERMOCONDUCTIVE SHEET AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition useful for forming a thermoconductive sheet that achieves both high thermoconductivity and sufficient flexibility, has sufficient cohesive force on its surface part and causes neither adhesive remaining nor damages of electronic instruments when peeled off. SOLUTION: The composition comprises (A) a photopolymerizable component comprised of a (meth)acrylic monomer or a partial polymer thereof, (B) a thermoconductive filler, (C) a photoreaction initiator for initiating polymerization of the photopolymerizable component, and (D) a light absorber for absorbing and removing a predetermined wavelength zone from an electromagnetic radiations used for polymerization of the photopolymerizable component.
