PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bolt and nut tightening machine excellent in mobility, easy to use and easy to see a tightening torque display part. SOLUTION: This bolt and nut tightening device is a combination of a tightening auxiliary unit 1 provided with a reaction force receiver 5 on the outside of an outside axle 4 projectively and an engaging part 6 to be engaged with an objective bolt and nut on an inside axle 3 out of the outside axle 4 and the inside axle 3 concentrically positioned interlocked with a planetary gear speed reducer 2 and free to rotate in the opposite way to each other and an input means 9, a tightening torque measuring unit 7 is provided on the outside axle 4, and the tightening torque measuring unit 7 is constituted of a distortion gage 71 provided on the outside axle 4, a circuit substrate 72 stored in a case 75 projectively provided to the side from the outside axle so as to hide behind the reaction force receiver 5 and to convert distortion quantity of the distortion gage 71 to tightening torque quantity, a display part 73 to display the tightening torque quantity and a battery 74.
