A delivery system (100) includes a broadcast station (10), a terminal device (30), a network (50), a base station device (60) for a WLAN, a charge management device (70) and a base station device (80) for cellular terminal devices. The broadcast station (10) broadcasts broadcasting contents to the terminal device (30). Further, in the case of a charge for communication contents requested from the terminal device (30) the broadcast station (10) requests the charge management device (70) to do charge processing through the network (50). The charge management device (70) carries out the charge processing with the terminal device (30) through the network (50) and the base station device (80) for cellular terminal devices. Finishing the charge processing requested through the broadcast station (10), the charge management device (70) reports the completion of the charge processing to the broadcast station (10) through the network (50). After converting the contents into a format reproducible by the terminal device (30), the broadcast station (10) delivers the requested communication contents.
