CONCENTRICITY MEASUREMENT METHOD AND MEASUREMENT JIG FOR GEAR CASING

A concentricity measuring method for a gear casing and a measurement jig for the same are provided to minimize difficulties and inconvenience in measuring the concentricity of larger gear casing by passing a wire to connect the measurement jig and a fixing jig through a hollow part of the gear casing. A concentricity measuring method of a gear casing includes the steps of: boring a hollow part in the gear casing(A); fixing first and second plates to both sides of the gear casing for setting(B); fixing a measurement jig and a fixing jig to the centers of the first and second plates(C); connecting the measurement jig and the fixing jig with a wire; and passing the wire through the hollow and measuring a distance between the wire and the inner surface of the gear casing for checking the concentricity of the gear casing(D).
