A method for fastening a bolt supporting a thin glass is provided to evenly distribute stress generated when the bolt is secured to the glass by making a head of a bolt and a lower plate curved respectively. A method for fastening a bolt supporting a thin glass includes the steps of: when processing a bolt hole(2) on a thin glass(1), making an inlet(2a) and an outlet(2b) of the bolt hole curved at a predetermined curvature; preparing a bolt(10) with a head(11) whose lower surface(10a) is curved, inserting the bolt into the bolt hole, and contacting the curved lower surface of the bolt head with the curved inlet of the bolt hole; fitting a lower plate(20) with a curved portion(20a) to the end of the bolt passing through the bolt hole so as to contact the curved portion of the lower plate with the curved outlet of the bolt hole; and securing a nut(40) at the end of the bolt.
