A cutting-edge guide plates dying bobbin is provided to secure a space for inputting much dying liquid by forming round bars and boards as one bobbin. A cutting-edge guide plates dying bobbin includes upper and lower supporting rings(11,12). The upper and lower supporting rings are formed in a coil shape. A plurality of supporting grooves are formed on inner surfaces of outer peripheries of the upper and lower supporting rings. The supporting grooves weld and fix a plurality of supporting boards(13). The supporting boards are installed at inner parts of the upper and lower supporting rings at predetermined intervals. One side of the supporting board is coupled with a guide board(14) and forms a gap(16) to guide a cutter.
