A complex type DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting) receiver for performing a short-distance wireless transmission and reception function and an Internet connection is provided to have a WPAN transmission and reception module, thereby storing or displaying various moving pictures by means of the WPAN short-distance communication network. An antenna(110) receives the DMB signal. A front end member(120) tunes the specific channel relating to the DMB signal and performs the filtering. A decoding member(130) performs the channel decoding relating to the DMB signal inputted from the front end member and also performs the audio decoding and data decoding. A main processing member(140) outputs the decoding data inputted from the decoding member at once, performs the MPEG(Moving Picture Experts Group)-4 encoding, stores the encoded MPEG-4 data in a memory member. A display interface(170) performs the interfacing so that the decoded data is outputted to an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display). A TCP/IP processing member(150) performs the data communication through the Internet. A communication interface(160) performs the interfacing so that the TCP/IP processing member is connected with the Internet. A WPAN transmission and reception module(200) performs a short distance wireless communication.
