A MULTIPURPOSE STRUCTURE WITH DIKE AND ROAD

A multipurpose structure with dikes and roads is provided to vent the air in the underground part and refresh the underground air by installing air vents on an outer wall. A multipurpose structure with dikes(2) and roads(3) comprises a side block(21), a bicycle road(22), roads(31,31',31"), a parking lot, a rail road, and an air duct(4). The side walk and the bicycle road are built close to each other. The road is divided into an over-ground part and an under-ground part. The roads are built on the over-ground part. The parking lot is built on the under-ground part. The rail road is built under the parking lot. The air ducts are installed on an outer wall of the road. The air duct includes a plurality of holes(41) formed on the wall contacting with external air.
