A Kimchi refrigerator having an improved structure to control the rotational force of a door without disassembling a hinge assembly from the door and a body is provided to enable the user to easily control an adjusting nut without disassembling the door, thereby improving the workability. In a Kimchi refrigerator comprising a body with a cylindrical first hinge receiving part, a door with a second hinge receiving part and a hinge assembly(50) at the first and second hinge receiving parts to provide a rotational force to the door, an opening part communicating with the hinge assembly is formed at the first and second hinge receiving parts; and an opening and closing part selectively opening and closing the opening part. The hinge assembly contains: a rotating member(52) to change rotational motion to linear motion by opening and closing of the door, a fixing member(51) operated with the rotating member, a spring member(53) to provide an elastic force to the rotational force and linear force of the rotating member; and an adjustable nut(55) to adjust an elastic force by controlling the length of the spring member. |
