PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF POWDER-LIKE PRODUCT BASED ON ROWAN TREE AND ROSE HIPS

A process for preparation powder-like product based on rowan tree and rose hips includes inspection of berries and leaves of rowan tree and rose hips, freezing thereof with subsequent crushing and mixing with NaCl solution and addition according to formulation of shredded pepper mint leaves, drying the mixture, grinding into a powder. The prepared components are frozen under the temperature of -18…-27 °С, are shredded to particle size of 1…3 mm and are mixed with NaCl solution.
