Method for determination of toxicity of forage for non-productive animal includes preparation of test culture of infusoria Colpoda steіnіі, with sampling product under investigation, extraction of sample, filtration of extraction taken, introduction of filtrate to test-culture of infusoria, thermostatting of mix obtained and determination of toxicity of product inder investigation at observation of infusoria life activity at thermostatting. Extraction of sample is carried out with chemically pure acetone. Before bringing infusoria to test-culture one dissolves filtrate with Losin-Losinskyi solution. |
