The invention relates to the production of refractory materials, in particular to fireclay castable concretes based on water-soluble compounds of alkali oxides, and can be used for production of nonfired refractories, large-sized fabricated and monolithic linings for heat devices. A refractory concrete mix contains floured alumino-silicate or corundum filler, aqueous solution of sodium silicate with alkali modulus AM= NaO:АlO= 1.3-1.8 and density of 1.20-1.35 g/cm, dispersed amorphous silica and alumino-silicate aggregate of 0.16- fraction, at specified components ratio. The mix provides increase of refractoriness and concrete strength after burning at temperature of 800 °С. |
