FIELD: transport. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to organisation and control over railroad traffic, in particular, to the track device interacting with the train and exercising control over the rolling stock on the track. The method comprises the transmission of data on the number of axles from the i-th and (i+1)-th rail pickups to the (i+1)-th comparator, comparison and, if the data on the number axles of the of rolling stock that passed the i-th and (i+1)-th rail pickups coincide, the generation of a signal indicating an open-track state in the section from the i-th to the (i+1)-th rail pickup. Given any failures in operation of afore mentioned pickups or comparators, the data on the number of axles from the i-th and (i+2)-th rail pickups are transmitted to the (i+2)-th comparator that will output the open-tract state signal. ^ EFFECT: ruling out false occupancy influence on device operation. ^ 1 dwg |
