PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily perform the elevation/lowering operation of an X-ray tube by reducing the amount of elevation/lowering of an operating part compared with that of the X-ray tube. SOLUTION: A mobile rail 2 is arranged in a fixed rail 1 arranged on the ceiling of an inspection room, so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the rail 1. A ceiling side support member 3 is arranged in the mobile rail 2, so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the rail. Columns 4 to be freely extendable in a vertical direction are arranged in the ceiling side support member 3. The columns 4 include: a fixing column 4a integrated with the ceiling side support member 3; an extendable member 4b in the most upper stage; an extendable member 4c in a middle stage; and an extendable member 4d in the lowest stage. The X-ray tube 6 is arranged at the lower end of the extendable member 4d in the lowest stage. An operation part 7 for manually operating the elevation/lowering of the X-ray tube 6 is integrally arranged at the lower end of the extendable member 4b in the most upper stage.
