<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a hematopoietic cell transplantation composition containing gene-transfer hematopoietic cells by using chromosome non-integration virus vector, and a method of reconstructing blood cells from the gene-transfer hematopoietic cells by using the chromosome non-integration virus vector. <P>SOLUTION: The method of producing the hematopoietic transplantation composition enables to reconstruct blood cells expressing transferred gene by transferring a minus chain RNA virus vector into hematopoietic cells and hematopoietic cell-transplanting these cells. The gene-transfer hematopoietic cells can be differentiated into leucocytes, erythrocytes and thrombocytes in the body to which the hematopoietic cells are transplanted. Furthermore, a safe gene-transferring system causing no danger of damaging host chromosomes in gene therapy in hematopoietic cell transplantation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
