PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical filter with an optical isolator function in which the loss of light due to an unnecessary spread of light is suppressed and to provide an optical transmission/reception module. SOLUTION: The optical filter with an optical isolator function is provided with: a Farady rotator 1 which has at least two light incident/emission faces and rotates the polarization direction of incident light; a polarizer 2 which is attached on one of the light incident/emission faces of the Farady rotator 1; and an optical filter part 3 which is directly disposed on the other light incident/emission face of the Farady rotator 1 and reflects a portion of the incident light.
