PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely display completion of connection by a release lever. SOLUTION: Since an auxiliary spring 42 always elastically energizes a release lever 30 in a direction opposite to an operating direction, completion of connection can be surely displayed by preventing the release lever 30 in the unlocked state of a locking part 43 and a part to be locked 12c from moving in an operating direction by its self-weight. Moreover, although an auxiliary spring integrally molded with a lever body by a synthetic resin material as in the conventional example has a possibility of causing creep deformation when it is left in a storage for a long period of time with its initial position kept, this auxiliary spring 42 is formed by a blade spring made of a metal material which is integrally insert-molded with the lever body of the release lever 30 comprising a synthetic resin molding, and creep deformation can be prevented when it is left for a long period of time.
