<p>The inventive pressure sensor comprises a membrane (1) provided with an inductive element, which is embodied in the form of a flat conductive winding of an inductance coil (2) placed on the internal surface (3) of the membrane coaxially to it, and a measuring-and-recording unit (4). The sensor also comprises a lid which is made of a dielectric material in the form of a disc (5) and is provided with flat conductive s windings of a power pumping coil (7) and of the information read out coil (8) of the measuring-and-recording unit and a conductive coating, which are arranged on the internal surface thereof, wherein said lid (5) is placed on themembrane (1) made of a dielectric material, preferably in the form of a fused quartz. Said sensor can be widely used in the devices for automatic pressure measurement.</p> |
