PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of the circuit, by reducing the number of components while keeping the accuracy, as to the current integrating circuit used when an integration value is measured in a very short time. CONSTITUTION:A signal 3A via a buffer amplifier 2 is immediately applied to a timing circuit 21 and a transistor 12. The change in the potential appeared at an output terminal 11 is applied to a differential amplifier 18 not through a switch. A low pass filter 22 to cut off a signal having a comparatively high frequency generated at the output side of an integrator in case of current integration is provided between the output side of the differential amplifier 18 and the base of a transistor 19.
