<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apartment house fuel cell system which can maintain a stable gas supply to a fuel cell stack arranged in each individual house even if a power source from outside is closed down due to various causes by making it possible to carry out a stable operation of a fuel processor. <P>SOLUTION: The apartment house fuel cell system is composed of a fuel cell stack 5 installed in each individual house and generating power and heat from hydrogen, a lot of fuel processors 3 which are installed in a common installation and supply generated hydrogen to a lot of houses which are modularized into one single supplying module through a piping, a common conversion unit 20 which takes in excessive hydrogen which is excessively produced by the fuel processors 3 and generates a common electric power and thermal energy, a controlling unit 10 which detects a main power source to be supplied to the fuel processor from outside and outputs a controlling signal selectively and an auxiliary power source supplying unit 40 to supply power selectively based on a controlling signal from the controlling unit 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
