The device has an air suction system (3) for sucking and filtering fine-dust-containing air, where the system has an air intake manifold (4) for the connection to a rain water sewer pipe (5) of a rain water sewer system installed in a street of houses. Air intake flaps (12a-12f) for installing in rainwater pipes (10a-10c) of buildings (11) are connected with the rain water sewer pipe. An independent claim is also included for a method for fine dust suction in street of house.
