摘要 An apparatus for aligning ultra-hard particles for forming an ultra-hard sintered body having a layered sectional structure is provided to have a higher quality by allowing a cutting surface to be uniform during a precise cutting operation. An apparatus for aligning ultra-hard particles for forming an ultra-hard sintered body having a layered sectional structure comprises vertical plates(2,2') spaced apart from each other and a rotating shaft(3) interconnecting the vertical plates. A vibration plate(5) having a vibrator(4) is located below the rotating shaft. A work table(6) is located above the rotating shaft. An alignment bed(10) having particle charging sections(11,11') is provided on the work table. Pattern sections(12,12') are formed in the alignment bed. A driving motor(7) is installed at one side of the vertical plate. A driving gear(8) that engages with the driving motor is installed at the other side of the vertical plate. A gear rotating member(20) having a gear section(21) is installed at one end of the rotating shaft to engage with the driving gear.
