The disk brake has a pad guided by a brake caliper (14). An annular joint (10) is housed with an axial clearance (J) in a groove of a cylinder of a braking jack to ensure sealing between a piston (16) of the jack and the cylinder. The joint is inserted inside a groove (12) of complementary section, where the groove has a base (28) with an annular rib (40) of constant section around the axis of the piston for axial blocking of the joint in the groove. The base has an annular upset with plane radial annular side that connects a front part and a rear part.
