<p>To present a surface protecting film low in peeling strength (rewinding force) on own back side even by using a rubber material pressure-sensitive adhesive, and excellent in adhesion reliance on an adherend, and an optical film using such surface protecting film. A surface protecting film having a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer laminated at one side of a base layer, and a backside treatment layer at other side of the base layer, in which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed of a rubber material, and the backside treatment layer is formed of an acrylic silicone graft polymer.</p> |
