METHODS FOR PRODUCING TRANSGENIC EMBRYOS

A method for producing a transgenic mammal embryo is provided to generate better transgenic embryo by reducing mosaicism, which is an index of an abnormal embryo, compared with a conventional technique used in order to produce the transgenic mammal embryo. A method for producing a transgenic mammal embryo comprises a step of micro-injecting a DNA structure into an unfertilized metaphase oocyte through a micro-injection technique. The method further comprises a step of externally fertilizing the injected oocyte using a sperm.
