A system for protecting digital rights with watermarks is provided to protect the digital rights in a wide area by providing rewards to Internet users using a watermark search program for detecting watermarked digital contents. A watermark search program is installed to a user terminal. The watermark search program searches digital contents including a watermark while a user(110) surfs websites(130). The watermark search program informs the user of the watermarked digital contents, stores search information in the user terminal, or transmits the search information to a web server(120) promptly according to a user setting mode. The web server provides rewards to the user transmitting the search information. |
