A liquid drop discharge device that provides good production efficiency because it has a simple structure and no problem of clogging of a flow path. The liquid drop discharge device has a pressure chamber (42) communicating with a nozzle (41), a vibration film (32) forming a part of the pressure chamber (42), a piezoelectric element for vibrating the vibration film (32), a projection (31) joined to the piezoelectric element and transmitting vibration of the piezoelectric element to the vibration film (32), and a flow path (35) communicating with the pressure chamber (42). The liquid drop discharge device discharges liquid drops from the nozzle (41). The device has a first member and a second member, the vibration film (32), the projection (31), the groove (35x) that is to be the flow path, and a supply hole communicating with the groove (35x) are provided at the first member. The nozzle (41) and a recess (42x) that is to be the pressure chamber (42) are formed in the second member. The first member and the second member are bonded together with an adhesive to form the flow path (35) in the groove and also form the pressure chamber (42) in the recess. The groove (35x) and the recess (33) are partially layered over each other to form the flow path (35) and the pressure chamber (42).
