摘要 #CMT# #/CMT# Process for preparation of fluidifying water-reducing agent comprises mixing a liquid fluidifying water-reducing agent with mineral filler and dehydrating the obtained mixture to obtain the fluidifying water-reducing agent in the form of dry powder. #CMT# : #/CMT# Independent claims are included for: (1) an industrial installation for the implementation of the process, comprising a device (4, 20, 21, 22) for dehydration of the mixture of liquid fluidifying water reducing agent with the mineral filler and obtaining the fluidifying water reducing agent in the form of dry powder; (2) a concrete based on hydraulic binder, comprising the fluidifying water reducing agent in the dry powder form as additive; and (3) a dry premix for the preparation of the concrete, comprising the fluidifying water reducing agent in the form of dry powder obtained by the process. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# The process is useful in the preparation of dry premix for the preparation of the concrete (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The process provides the adjuvant, which is: easy to use in all materials based on hydraulic binder (cement, calcium sulfate and lime); able to change mechanical and physio-chemical properties of concrete. The process comprises using: a compound as liquid fluidifying water reducing agent comprising condensed polymelamines, polycarboxylate, polyacrylates, sulfonated polynaphthalenes, lignosulfates, condensed polynaphthalenes and modified polyalcohol; and a compound as mineral filler comprising calcium carbonates, calcium hydroxides, calcium sulfates, silicate, aluminum silicate, chamotte, bauxite, sand and diatom. Preferred Components: The liquid fluidifying water reducing agent and mineral filler is injected in to an impacting conduit (40) configured so that the particles impact its walls during their displacement, where the entry of the conduit is connected to a hot air generator. The impacting conduit is toroidal form.
