CULTIVATING METHOD OF MUSHROOM FOR INCREASING FUNCTIONAL INGREDIENTS CONTENT

A method of cultivating mushroom having increased functional ingredients is provided to increase the content of functional ingredients in the mushroom. A cotton waste medium is sprayed with functional solutions containing a selenium source and germanium source to a moisture content of 70 to 72%, sterilized at about 65deg.C for about 10hr and fermented at 50 to 55deg.C for 3 to 4 days. Mushroom spawn is inoculated into the cotton waste medium, cultured at 25deg. and 65 to 70% humidity for 26 to 28 days, put into a mushroom growing house with 15deg.C and 90 to 95% humidity to promote mushroom appearance and then grown at 85% humidity.
