PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin lamination apparatus easily obtaining a skin laminated product having a constant stitching line. SOLUTION: The skin lamination apparatus is equipped with a skin placing stand 41 on which a skin is placed, a base material placing stand 51 on which a base material is placed, a blade 61 having an edge, which is allowed to approach the surface of the skin placed on the skin placing stand and separate therefrom and brought into contact with the stepped region of the skin when the skin is shifted on the skin placing stand in the contact state with the surface of the skin to position the stitching line, and a lift means 71 which sucks the skin after the positioning of the stitching line and allows the skin to fall toward the base material placing stand on which the base material, of which the surface is coated with an adhesive, is placed to laminate and press the same to the surface of the base material on the base material placing stand.
