<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt type continuously variable transmission capable of inhibiting the increase of drive loss of an oil pump. <P>SOLUTION: The belt type continuously variable transmission is provided with a primary pulley 50, a secondary pulley, a belt 110 wound around the primary pulley 50 and the secondary pulley, a primary hydraulic pressure chamber 55, each working fluid supply discharge valve 70 permitting supply of working fluid to a primary hydraulic pressure chamber 55, controlling permission or prohibition of discharge of the working fluid from the primary hydraulic pressure chamber 55, and rotating as one unit with the primary pulley 50, and foreign matter collecting devices 81, 82. The foreign matter collection deices 81, 82 collect foreign matter included in the working fluid in the primary hydraulic pressure chamber 55 and the working fluid supplied to the primary hydraulic pressure chamber 55. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
