PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin heat sink with a centrifugal fan in which the heat dissipation efficiency of a heat dissipation fin is enhanced by suppressing a wind flow passing through the heat dissipation fin facing the centrifugal fan reversely. SOLUTION: The heat sink with a centrifugal fan comprises the centrifugal fan for taking air from an air intake and supplying air in a predetermined direction, two heat dissipation fins where a plurality of heat dissipation fins for passing wind from the centrifugal fan are arranged in parallel while bringing one-side ends closely to each other and intersecting long axis directions, and straightener pieces for intercepting the flow of wind passing through either of the two heat dissipation fins reversely to the wind from the centrifugal fan.
