PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-disk type color solid-state imaging apparatus capable of further improving image quality. SOLUTION: A triple-disk type solid-state imaging apparatus 2 comprises a color separation prism 10 which separates incident light into light having wavelength bands in red, green and blue, and three CCD image sensors 11-13 which are disposed on emission planes 20-22 of the color separation prism with a plurality of light receiving-parts 30, each for receiving light and performing photo-electric conversion, on an imaging plane 35. A light transmission path 50 for transmitting incident light toward an aperture 48 is formed in the aperture 48 of each of the light-receiving parts 30. The light transmission path 50 is formed from a core layer 51 constituted of a material with a high refraction factor and a clad layer 52 constituted of an insulating material with a refraction factor lower than that of the core layer 51. Light from an oblique direction that is not parallel to an optical axis L can also be efficiently received and incident light can be reduced from being reflected on the imaging plane 35 and becoming stray light.
