PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an acoustic system for a vehicle capable of recognizing external sound or the like by a driver by the fact that an occupant carrying a portable acoustic equipment does not get in the vehicle while listening to music in the state that a headphone is attached in the acoustic system for the vehicle. SOLUTION: At step S8, attention calling control is performed by an on-vehicle acoustic equipment 100. The attention calling control is the control for calling the attention such that it promotes, in particular, removal of the headphone 202 of the portable acoustic equipment 200 relative to the driver and listening by the headphone 202 is forbidden.
