PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent uncomfortability from being given to an occupant by clouding a window glass and contaminating air in a cabin while enabling enhancement of heating efficiency in the cabin. SOLUTION: In the air conditioner 10, an internal air introduction port 60 opened into the cabin 66, a first external air introduction port 74 opened into an engine room 78 and a second external air introduction port 76 opened to a cowl top panel 84 are formed on an internal/external air box 28, and any one is opened based on the detection result of an external air temperature sensor, an exhaust gas sensor and a humidity sensor. Thereby, fog of the window glass 82 can be prevented while attaining enhancement of heating efficiency at heating. Further, when air in an engine room is contaminated, the air can be certainly prevented from being introduced into the cabin for prevention of uncomfortability to the occupant.
